Why it's special

The timeless shape, reimagined.

A pitched roof, a door and a window. But Creixent floats on four slender supports and wears bird-wing-shaped aluminium rain deflectors, signed with the ESMOU name.

Who it's for

One more space, wherever you want it.

Some would call it a garden room, a garden studio or a guest house. Creixent is all of these at once, but handmade and fully equipped, with a kitchen, bathroom and loft.

It arrives by crane, with no foundations.

    Creixent is in Juneda (Lleida, Catalonia). Arrange a visit and see it in person.

    It arrives by crane

    Before the move we study the access. A crane truck lifts it by rings on the roof and carries it on a flatbed.

  3. 03

    It levels on your land

    Four supports level it whatever the terrain, with no foundations.

  4. 04

    Connect it and enjoy

    It just needs connecting to the site's water, electricity and drainage.

Creixent is not a dwelling: it is placed on your land as a mobile object. We recommend checking your local regulations.
