Use of this website
This website provides information about ESMOU pieces and lets you contact us. The texts, photographs, drawings and logo belong to ESMOU and may not be copied or used without permission. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice; the terms of each sale are those set out in the contract.

Why
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit or send you the dossier and, if you join our list, to send you ESMOU news and let you know about the 2027 series. We don't use them for anything else and we never sell them.
Legal basis
Your own request, meaning the steps prior to a possible contract that you ask us to take, and your consent when you join our list.
How long we keep them
As long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If we agree a sale, for the period required by law; otherwise we delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to. If you join our list, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
Who else has access
No one, except the providers that give us the service and process them only on our behalf: Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and receives the forms, and Google, which provides our email. Both companies are based in the United States and offer the safeguards required by the GDPR for these transfers.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or request its portability by writing to esmoucorreu@gmail.com. To leave our list, just reply to any of our emails or write to us. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. It only stores in your browser whether you have closed the list notice or joined the list, so that it doesn't appear again. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.
