What exactly is Creixent?
A garden pavilion: what many people would call a garden room, garden studio or guest house, but handmade, fully equipped and with a kitchen, bathroom and loft. It can be used as a studio, home office, reading retreat or guest room. We explain how it differs from a shed on our blog.
Where can I see Creixent?
Creixent is in Juneda (Lleida, Catalonia). Fill in the form or write to us and we'll arrange a visit.
How much is it?
Price on request. Write to us or request the dossier and we'll explain all the terms.
What's included?
Everything you see in the photos and the technical sheet: the sofa bed, the loft bed and mattress, the fridge, the microwave, the hob, the folding table, the telescopic ladder, the water heater and all the lights. Creixent comes finished and fully equipped.
How soon could I have it?
Right away. Creixent is already built: once the contract is signed, delivery is immediate.
How is it transported?
By crane truck. Creixent is designed to move: lifting rings screw into the roof, connecting straight into the structure, and come off again in moments. The crane lifts it safely, loads it onto a flatbed and, at its new location, sets it down the same way. We explain it step by step on our blog.
How far can you deliver, and what does it cost?
We can go wherever it's needed. Before each move we study the site: the crane truck has to be able to get close, and the distance to the exact spot where Creixent will sit determines the crane required. The cost comes from that study and is set out in the contract.
What does the site need?
It just needs to be connected to water, electricity and drainage, which the site itself must provide. Creixent comes with its outdoor electrical connection, water inlet and drainage ready to connect. If you want to know what to put underneath, we explain it on our blog.
Is it considered a dwelling?
No. ESMOU Creixent is not a dwelling and is not considered a residence: it is a mobile collector's object. This means it can be placed on your land as a mobile object, without being considered a dwelling. In any case, we recommend checking your local regulations.
